The College has great strength in HR and teaching ability. There are 132 staff members among which 5 are Young and Middle Aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions of national, provincial and ministerial levels; over 60 are professors including 9 doctoral advisors, 9 are associate professors, 31 lecturers and experiment tutors.
